Apple Mail does kinda have a way of blocking certain email addresses,
but it's basically behind-the-scenes. It learns what is Junk, or not
by what you tell it. If some spam makes it into your Inbox, just click
on the button up top that says Junk. Conversely, if something ends up
in the Junk folder that isn't spam, you can click on the Not Junk
button, and it will learn what to let through, and what NOT to let
through.
It "could" be that SBCGlobal.net is blocking stuff, based on the
criteria of mass emailings over a certain number of addressees. I'd
check with your ISP.
