Cool band Wayne.
I believe that one has spent too much time in Berkeley, when he/she wonders if it's politically correct to wish everyone a great holiday season. Surely there's SOMEONE out there who might not celebrate SOMETHING this winter season and one wouldn't want to offend. Me, I'll celebrate almost any holiday, as long as there's good music and/or good food involved. Which might be why I continue the battle of whether to lose weight or buy larger pants.
One of the things I like most about the winter holidays is the weather. I always loved the snow, when I was back in NYC and Boston. Now that I live in California, I love that we have any change in weather at all. I believe the California "cool" is actually complacency to the point of boredom, over the weather. And yes I do know that I could have always moved to Fairbanks or somewhere, if I wanted more weather.
Funny, this started as a simple attempt to wish y'all a merry Christmas or whatever you celebrate and it all became rambling mush. But I guess I have no shame and will hit send, after all.
