I just got Bruce Nelson's book, Also sprach Arnold Jacobs:  A Developmental Guide for Brass Wind Musicians.  
 
Bruce was long-time bass trombonist at the Chicago Lyric Opera, and is one of the nicest guys in the world.  He had about a hundred lessons with Jake over the years, and attended many master classes.  
 
This book is a compilation of just about everything Jake had to say on brass playing, both physical and psychological.  
 
It's published by Gerhard Wolf's Polymnia Press, www.polymnia-press.de.  There is also a German edition.
 
Hickey's has it.  $36.15.
