[Trombone-l] Larsson Concertino Piano part missing pages

I have a copy of the Lars-Erik Larsson Concertino solo, op. 45 #7, that 
has two blank pages in the piano part.  Pages 6 and pages 11 are blank, 
and not on purpose.  Printing error.

The sticker on the front of the piano part shows Elkin Music 
International, Inc. in Florida.  I visited their website and see that 
they are in North Carolina now, and their catalog does not have the 
Larsson in it.  I bought this copy from Marta Hofacre a while back.

My student that has decided to play this solo for solo and ensemble 
contest in February and has ordered his own copy from the local sheet 
music store, but the estimated lead time is 6 weeks.  If anyone has the 
piano part as a pdf, can you send me pages 6 and 11?
