There are four movements. The second is actually a fairly long 
trombone recitative. Fairly difficult. Goes up to a C. I've played it 
a couple of times with the Bay Colony Brass based near Boston. 
Actually, we've played quite a few of the pieces listed in this thread.

Also a prominant 4th horn part.

Now this is new to me. Never cared much for Rautavaara, but something 
early may be interesting.
