[Trombone-l] Positions

Might be easier to figure out if you could post a scan of one page
somewhere so we could all look at it. I couldn't find a preview online.
Are they possibly position indications for an independent
double-valve bass trombone with the second valve in varying
fundamentals? Are the numbers possibly for a different instrument,
since the Slama etudes are used for multiple instruments? Just
throwing out a couple ideas.
