Many thanks to all who supplied parts as requested. This list rarely fails to cut the mustard! Only lacking the Hindemith tuba part now if anyone has it. Otherwise a very happy bunny as we say in the UK (hope that doesn't mean something rude in the US!).

I now know to check out Gordon Cherry's resource too.
