[Trombone-l] Slide-O-Mix On An F Rotor

I've been using (what's supposed to be) oil designed specifically for an F
Rotor but finding I'm having to take the valve apart every month or so,
cleaning and relubricating. I'm in the process of cleaning and getting my
horn ready for a new semester and was just wondering if anyone had tried
Slide-O-Mix on the rotor. I use it for my slide and it's great but didn't
want to introduce something new that may gum up the trigger faster. I know
there isn't a 'last forever' solution but wanting use what lasts the
longest.
