[Trombone-l] Conn 62H

I have a 1969 62H. The slide tubes look like yellow brass on mine.

Okay, I'm finding different information around...

What material were the outer slides of the original Conn 62H Bass Trombones
made from?  Bronze? Red Brass? Gold Brass? Paper Mache?
