Here's a great video. A concert with Phil Woods wearing his famous hat. 
Featured with him is a 14 year old female alto player who appears to be of 
Oriental lineage, but whose name is Grace Kelly. Look at the expressions on 
Phil's face as he listens to someone who plays jazz with a maturity and 
concept that is well beyond her young age. At the end of her solo, Phil 
rewards her with the ultimate accolade. Where do they come from? Just 
amazing.
