I saw him when I was about 16 at the London House here in Chicago. 
Unbelievable! He was driving a 2 door gull wing Mercedes which would 
probably cost $150,000 today. I was blown away. I still am. I'm glad he is 
still sounding so good, with the arthritis and all.

  Speaking of amortization, last fall I went to see the Great Oscar Petersen 
at Yoshi's in Oakland, compliments of my son.  $85. bucks a seat, but when 
you consider the number of notes he played, quite a bargain for the price.

  mute. I mean, would you be willing to disclose to us what that mute cost

  at the pawn shop, and then divide that cost into the the total amount that
  you made over 30+ years playing the teacher character. Inquiring minds and
