My mother-in-law mistook Super-Glue for contact lens solution, which 
wouldn't be so bad if her nail job didn't work out.  But, unfortunately, it 
was the other way around.  She drove herself to the hospital and she's fine 
now, but it was slightly traumatic, at the time.
