Comstock is indeed out of print.  I like to think they're "between printings" but it's been a long time now since they went out of stock.

The Pederson quintets are definitely still available.  They're on our site under "Various" as the composer:

  Frank Comstock had a 60's-ish jazzy Christmas edition for four trombones and rhythm section (pbd). There is also the Tommy Pederson Christmas offering for 5 trombones (3 tenor and 2 basses). Some of these can be heard on the Hollywood Trombones Christmas album/CD, "Trombones Under The Tree." And some years ago Steve Tyler (no, not that Steve Tyler), who is now the jazz educator at DeAnza College in the Bay Area, arranged a dozen or so Christmas songs for 5 trombones that were absolutely beautiful, especially Greensleeves. They were never published and, in fact, I'm not sure the Comstock or Pederson are even available any longer, either. They might be out of print. But maybe, just maybe, somebody out there in Listland might have some of these cool yuletide trombone heart-warmers they could share with other, less fortunate trombone players in the joyous true spirit of the approaching holiday season, Or maybe, just maybe somebody could Google up DeAnza College (in the Bay Area), find 
  Steve Tyler (no, not that Steve Tyler) and see if he, in the joyous true spirit of the approaching holiday season, would share his fine yuletide works with us all. But don't use my name. Just kidding
