Eric,

I have seen this video a lot in the last 2 weeks and I admit that it is 
pretty funny. I feel kind of sorry for poor Stacy, as she apparently has no 
idea that she is playing consistently a half step too high when compared to 
the pre-recorded track. What could account for this, other than having her 
tuning slide pushed all the way in? I suppose that she was not able to hear 
the track very well as is often the case on stage. Maybe the tape player or 
CD player was running slow. Perhaps she learned the wrong fingerings because 
her player at home is running too fast? Well, she probably doesn't have much 
of a future as a trumpet player, but her dancing....top drawer!
