[Trombone-l] Quartet Question

I have Bobby Scann's "Volume 1" which has 40 tunes in it.  In the front 
of Volume 1, Bobby has "Volume 2 is projected for 1993-94."  Anyone 
know if Bobby ever complete/published Volume 2?

I also have "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" trombone quartet 
arr. by Bobby Scann as published by PP Music, catalog number TN140.
