Amazing how often I come across this in Big Band charts, even ones written
by Sammy Nestico who, as a trombonist, should've known better.
The choice appears to be to octave it up, dispense with the plunger, or take
your sock off and hold the plunger between your two biggest toes.
Either that or have a charming, scantily clad, assistant . . . [sigh]
