[Trombone-l] quick! what's a "jazz mute" ?

Thanks for all the advice, guys!


My panic was a bit out of order.  I checked the sched again, and we 
start rehearsals for the Thursday and weekend concerts today, but don't 
do that piece until Wednesday, so we can confer and decide on 
something.  I'm guessing the principal trumpet will have an opinion.   
At least I don't have to drag the whole bag downtown.
