[Trombone-l] Cleveland Orch Trombone Article in newspaper

After some manipulation to get the link all on one line, I found the article
very interesting as to what one might read between the lines. My take is 
that the problem is not so much the quality of performance of the musician 
as it is a relationship issue between the conductor and the musician. 'nuff 
said.
