Click on the above reference, Then, click on "Search", enter "trombone".
You'll come up with 12 references which can be viewed in their entirety,
downloaded and printed.

Of particular interest was White's Trombone Method, an Arthur Sullivan
medley and a song "The Trombone Player". The last was a popular song done in
a German dialect.
