Well, I done retired but will likely order a copy.  We were very  
lucky, all of us, to have Don Hunsberger's edition for so many years,  
not bad at all and a very reasonable price.  If you still have one of  
those, scan it.....I still think.  But best of luck to the new  
editors and publishers.
