I've had my Alteri since 1987 and still use it regularly for my large horn.
The nylon fabric inside it is starting to get a little funky and a few 
stitches have just recently begun to fail, but for 20 years worth of 
protection, I'd say I have gotten my moneys worth and then some.  The large 
pocket on the side holds a big folder and my stand w/o any problems.
FWIW, I also have a Wolfpak for my small horn and can highly recommend it as 
well...only had it a few years though.
