That one looks nice, but has anyone ever tried this one?

I've always wondered if it was effective and worth the purchase. I have the K&M and it's a real monster to carry around. I'm not in the gig scene, so I'm not worried about anyone knocking it over, but even if I was, would this one hold up to the challenge?

Thanks Jeff. Where did you buy it? I am interested in some of the
Hercules mic stands as well. (That is how I came to see the trombone
stand on their web site.)
