I will second what zemry1 said, and add to it.I lurk more often than not 
because of this tiresome behavior.  I know Sam from working with him, 
and from listening to him and many other great players in NYC for many 
years.
This troll has chosen one bad day to represent someone's playing that he 
does not know otherwise. (we all have bad days) Sam chooses his words 
according to what he thinks and believes, I happen to agree with some of 
it, not with some of the rest of it, like many would with me or anyone 
else. Sam's attitude about what he believes is a reflection of who he 
is, as much as this outburst is a reflection of who edneely is,
my only thought about it is who would you rather be associated with?

well except maybe don't feed the troll anymore.......
