Hi all...

I generally don't bring attention to my recorded work, mainly because
I am not often that happy with it.

However...I made a CD with an old friend, Cleve Pozar, about 8 years
ago. Let's Try It Again. He is a Santeria drummer and he overdubbed
the drums while I overdubbed all of the trombone parts and wrote the
arrangements. This track is John Coltrane's Naima. Apparently another
Santeria worshiper put together a video around it, and it is on
youtube.

I haven't listened to or thought about the CD much since we made
it...I knew it was good but it is SO far out of the mainstream, plus
Pozar just seemed to disappear off the face of the earth soon after
we made it. However, when I listened to it this time I realized that
it is indeed pretty good

I mean...even I like it.

I hope that you do too.

Music of the spirit.

Not much market for it, but SOMETHING good must come from this kind of effort.

Thought I'd share it with you.

See you somewhere...

Sam
