[Trombone-l] Nasal stuff.

What a coincidence. I've had on and off sinus issues for years. First really
bad issue was started by a ragweeed allergy, messed up sinuses AND lungs. If
I don't deal with it soon enough, I wind up with sinus infecttions, ear
infections, etc. Been using "flonase" when dealing with allergies, works
great. Have tried saline nasal sprays, as well as a handful of tap water
"snorted", both seem to help. Was to the doctor today for a followup visit
after a bout of pneumonia, sinuses came up, and he handed me a NeilMed sinus
rinse kit. Just tried it, think it's going to be a good thing, at least when
the problems arise. If it allows me to stay away from the "flonase" (a
steroid) it will be a good thing!
