[Trombone-l] Nasal Irrigation

I am considering using the technique of nasal irrigation (nasal lavage) to 
help with sinus problems. Has anyone on the list used this tecnique? I would 
appreciate hearing from you, if you have done this. OK to post on the list, 
might as well all learn something about it.
