I completely second (third?) Richard's and Eric's comments on Andy. I
first fell in love with his playing on his solo CD recorded with the
Metropole Orchestra from the Netherlands. I'd highly recommende
picking up this CD; besides Andy's fabulous fabulous playing, the
orchestra is wonderful with top-notch charts as well. I have several
of their recordings with various artists (Bob Brookmeyer, Jiggs,
Bill Holman, etc.)

Another amazing thing about Andy is that, when he's not playing solos
with Gordon Goodwin's band, he's playing lead--no small feat in
itself on those charts!
