Actually Rodeheaver continued to tour alone and hold revival meetings  at
least until 1946 when he led a service at our church. I was 12 years old
at the time and had just begun my adventures with the trombone. I remember
asking him what brand of trombone he played, but I don't remember the
answer. I do remember that it was GOLD plated and for that I was willing
to follow him anywhere.  Quite a "Pied Piper"
