[Trombone-l] Ellington recordings

Check http://www.depanorama.net/dems/contents.htm (the Duke Ellington
Music Society).  They have discographies, etc.

http://www.hannover-bigband.de/projekte/ellington/ellington.html is a
web page about Ellington's works for big band and orchestra.  It's in
German, not my strong suit, but apparently there was a broadcast in
1994 with the Hannover Big Band and the Radio Philharmonie NDR in
Hannover.  I don't think a recording is mentioned.

Not really.  I frequently have to go to sources other than Amazon
to find recordings, books, etc.  Frequently a Google or other search
is needed.  There's a lot of stuff recorded on small labels that never
makes it to Amazon.
