[Trombone-l] gallbladder surgery (cholecystectomy) recovery?

I'd just like to weigh in before the subject is dropped.  I played  
trombone for Oliver only a few days after having an umbilical hernia  
repaired laparoscopically.  There was indeed some discomfort involved  
in getting around, didn't seem like much from the trombone playing.

Mostly I wanted to tell that story because it seems like Percocet  
really helps make the Oliver trombone book more bearable.  Also, I  
imagine it'll really help me to have memories of some solid physical  
pain, if I'm ever considering playing Oliver again!  :-)
