Robert----If you are having problems getting some Benge parts, I would 
highly recommend you contact Chuck Ward, in Chardon OH,  at Chuck Ward Brass 
Repair. Chuck probably designed that bass trombone, when he worked for UMI, 
as a design engineer, on their Conn Next Gen & Benge line of brass 
instruments. He might have some parts or know where to get them, in a timely 
manner.
