I use some free stuff:

BDicty has a free music dictionary
BPM beat counter
CFB Timer (keep track of my practice time) Ear trainer (for with students)
Metronome 1.32 by Richard Chamberlain Sound Pad (tone generator)

I'll have to check out some of the other stuff listed ...
