from Playing and Selling euphoniums here are my thoughts:

The best (arguably) are the Hirsbrunners
Followed closely by the Willson 2900 series
I LOVE the Sound of the older Bessons but they have 6th partial issues
I have has several students purchase the Yamaha 842S and I love the  
sound, there have been valve guide issues with them as well as  
questionable low registers on them, like the 642.

For people who don't want or need this quality euphonium, or only  
play it a couple times a year, the Yamaha 321s is without equal.
