[Trombone-l] Slide Tromboon

I've also seen one in the shop at UNT in Denton TX.
Basically it sort of looks like a soprano sax with a moveable interior
section that adjusts the length with a small handle that protrudes from the
side.
Doesn't have a slide as such.
A strange contraption to say the least.
Hopefully someone can post a link to some pics.

I don't think I've ever seen a slide sax and can't imagine how you could put
a slide on a conical instrument. Would it not be better called a slide
clarinet? Are there any web links to pictures?
