Hey Dan; you tape them onto your body, as close to the pain as you can go -
they have a claimed penetration of 3inches. I only have one magnet, so have
moved it a couple of times as the pain has subsided. They are small - about
the size of a small coin - and usually come in a pack of three I think but I
happen just to have one and it's taped to my shoulder just above my armpit
right now.
