I have found, barring the need for surgery, rotator cuff problem, that 50mg
of Zinc per day
is a way to help with the pain of arthritis, bursitis etc.
It takes about 30 days for you to have any relief. However, if you have had a
recent fall
or other trauma, it is worth while to have a physician investigate it.
