Carmelized barley is the stuff dark beer and ale have in it. Wonderful stuff if you like it. I have found that failing to brush after eating cookies leaves a mess in the mouthpiece and slide. Bath tub for the horn often... using soda is a goodly way to help clean all that darkstuff out. beldon wade
