[Trombone-l] UrineTown

The whole discussion on this "book" has striking resemblances to the
"Jekyll & Hyde" book I just picked up for a local theatre
production....a lot of low Es and Ds (muted, no less), a few pedal As,
Bs, and Cs, with a few high As, Bs, and one or so high Cs thrown in.

Anyone familiar with this book and have an opinion as to whether I
should push it back to the director so she can go on the hunt for a bass
bone player?

Has anyone played the book(trombone/bass trombone/euphonium) for
Urinetown?

I just got a call to do a local production. I interested in doing the

doubling, if the music is interesting. However, the bread is low. So
I'm

trying to get all the info I can before I decide.

thanks
