[Trombone-l] 5th trombone part for big band arrangement

I'm looking for the 5th trombone part to Don Chambers (sp) arrangement of *The
Song is You*.  I know it is a 10-brass arrangement (there is a 5th trumpet
part), and I have played this arrangement before.  It is a handwritten
arrangement.  If possible, please attach a pdf of the part and send to my
e-mail.  If there are copyright issues with this arrangement, if anybody has
any suggestions as to the best avenue I can pursue to procure a copy of this
part through legal means, I would appreciate it.  Thanks!
