  Although Paul McCartney wrote "Maybe I'm Amazed" before the official break-up of The Beatles, the song did not appear until McCartney's first solo album.  So technically, it's not a Beatles song.  That's not to make a mountain out of a molehill;  it's simply a reason why you may not have found it in any Beatles collections.  It is definitely not a Lennon-McCartney tune.
   
  Sir Paul has resuscitated "Maybe I'm Amazed" at some of his more recent live performances, so it would be surprising if the sheet music (albeit not arranged for your instrumentation) is not available.
