[Trombone-l] Carl Fontana MP3s

Hello Listerines:

I have recently come into the possession of a old LP album which features 
some juicy solos by Carl Fontana. I have converted two of the tracks to MP3 
format and am making them available to anyone who wants them sent by e-mail. 
These files are about 3 Meg each and there are two: "Polkadots and 
Moonbeams" and "Soon". Though I want to be sensitive to legal issues, I also 
think it is important that any one who loves Carl's playing have access to 
these great solos. You will not find these anywhere else (I don't believe). 
The LP was done in 1961, not many were sold, and they are almost impossible 
to find now. A friend found one somewhere and grabbed it up, let me borrow 
it and I then took the two big feature pieces featuring Carl and converted 
them to MP3.

I will be happy to send these to any Carl fan who is a member of the List. 
Just send me an e-mail where your address is CLEARLY indicated in the text. 
Remember, these are 3 meg files, so be sure you have the room in your 
mailbox. I may need to send them as two separate e-mails. Please don't 
expect instant gratification. Depending on how many requests I get, it may 
take me a while to get them out to you.
