Greetings all,
I remember a posting on the old BRASS list mentioning the formation of the
trombone list in 1994 (when I got my first PC). I think it was called
"tromb-l" or something like that. I've stayed on it since then with several
email addresses and 99.99% in lurker mode. I've contributed a few tidbits
but mainly listen. Thanks to all.

Reverting to my profession (librarian) I'm including the bib information for
Eric's dissertation.
