[Trombone-l] Wrist and arm aches...solutions?

We have a medical doctor in  our big band.  Drummer was experiencing  
similar symptoms.  Doc tapped on his hand, palm up -- around the  
wrist.  It jumped considerably.  Doc said carpal tunnel.

I'd have it looked at.
