[Trombone-l] Wrist and arm aches...solutions?

Hi Guys,
I have been recently experiencing pains in my left hand, wrist or  
lower arm after playing or practicing.  It goes away quickly after I  
rest but I was wondering if there were some thoughts or possible  
suggestions from others who have experienced the same thing.  I have  
thought about getting a bullet brace to help or I know there are  
certain hand grips or wraps that you can get, any luck with any of  
those?
