It's used for both for the same reason - they're both on their feet a lot.
One has to determine the context to arrive at which meaning is relevant.

Another example of a slang term which has multiple meaning is "jive". In the
tune "All The Jive Is Gone", the singer is using "jive" as a reference to
marijuana. Another song may refer to talking jive in which case "jive" is
BS.
