If you kinda think like Frank Rosolino (with a humorous bent) you could 
probably manage this chord in lots of different tunes.  Best thing to do is 
experiment and figure out which ones really "click". You are probably going 
to find that this chord goes in a function like a dominant or sub-dominant. 
Important thing is not to take the stuff too seriously. . .that will get you 
confused.   Be willing to LAUGH.
