[Trombone-l] Air travel tips

I have flown with Air Canada, Westjet, Air Transat and others a number of
times with my trombone in a hard Protec case. I pad the inside with 1"
upholstery foam so that there is no movement, check the horn through special
handling and get them to put fragile stickers on the case. So far- touch
wood - I have not had any problems. Maybe I've just been lucky?
