i have a number of cd's recorded by the royal philharmonic orchestra, and they
all contain the full orchestra listing, right down to the prominent soloists.

also, the soundtrack for "solaris", starring george clooney, has the full
listing in the inlay (the cd is in the office atm, but i think bill reichenbach,
phil teele, etc. were on the soundtrack). my sister received a cd for last xmas
where the full orchestral listing was in there as well. it might not be standard
practice, but it does happen, and i think it's great when it does. :)
