I usually use some sort of Chap Stick with sunblock if I am going be  
out in the sun a lot (winter weather is not much of an issue in new  
orleans).  I do that mostly as a preventative thing.  I can't play  
with the Chap Stick on.

There is also a product called Chop Saver that I use sometimes.  It  
is supposed to be all natural, blah blah.  It is pretty soft and good  
for when I've really beat my face up.
