[Trombone-l] CBC series

Hi everyone.

A little plug to Canadian and northern US list members:

I had the wonderful opportunity to play on the soundtrack of Ken 
Finkleman's new six-part series "At the Hotel", which starts tomorrow 
night on CBC-TV at 9 pm.  The series looks like excellent viewing - 
sharp, witty, and quirky.

Scored by Rob Carli, the music for this series is very eclectic, 
ranging from opera to jazz, tango to 50's doo-wop.  And, as an added 
bonus, some tasty trombone moments!  I have no idea if all of the 
trombone passages are evenly distributed across the six weeks, but 
there are several nice bits to keep an ear out for.
